I'm specialized in merch design and can work with tight deadlines c:
ANY FORM OF REPOST, REPRINT, TRACE, COPY, AI TRAINING, AND USAGE WITHOUT PERMISSION IS PROHIBITED!

Make sure to read T.O.S first, if not I will immediately cancel your commission order.

The payment has to be sent before 24-48h after I accept it, if you have any struggle please tell me beforehand.

Make sure the references have to be clear, full-colored, or full-body if it's for half/full-body commission. I won't accept pictures of traditional art, blurry or uncolored/ sketchy references. If traditional references please provide a scanned version with color. Unless you commission me to design a character, please tell me beforehand for another form to fill.

I will only start working when I've received the full payment.

I don't have destinated deadline (I never work over 3-4weeks since I often work on multiple things at once) but I can work with any deadline you give, depending on the style I might charge extra for a close deadline (2-3 days, etc) or it maybe free (ask me beforehand). If I have any problem that took me longer I will always notify you first.

I do not accept refunds when the commission has been done. And you will only get a 50% refund if I started on it. If I have a personal reason and cancel the commission, you will get a 100% refund.

I have the right to not accept the order if I'm not comfortable or if you are being incorporated.

I accept changes max 1 time, after that there will be extra fees. If it’s my fault on drawing the character’s feature/details wrong, changes will be free of charge.

Only illustrated, big chibi with background have sketch process. Other than that you will receive the full one after I finished the piece (which means you can not ask for a sketch preview)

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I have the right to post commissioned art to promote myself but I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your commission publicly. However, I will charge an extra fee for private commission: 60% of commission price.

I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects.

The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. Please credit and DO NOT claim it as your own or make huge edits over the commissioned piece. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please. ALWAYS credit if you upload/use the art piece.

Please discuss if you wish to commission for commercial purposes!

I won't work with AI-generated prompt art and won't accept any kind of reproduced art from me for AI/NFTs. Under any circumstances, I will cancel your commission order immediately without a refund.
